Return & Refund Policy
At Pharmacie Denni, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 3 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@pharmacie-denni.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds may take longer to process depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
